The honest short answer
Do not copy the U.S. 4 AWG copper or 2 AWG aluminum answer into a Canadian service design. Have the calculated load, service equipment, conductor method, and locally adopted requirements checked together.
Why there is no headline Canadian size
The U.S. version explains NEC 310.12 and its 83% dwelling-service method. The Canadian Electrical Code uses its own calculated-load rules in Section 8. This site has not verified those service rules well enough to publish a Canadian conductor size.
